Problem activating the mod

Hello, i have a new PvE server "4Netplayers [GER - EN] PixArk x7 incl. Mods"

Server IP: 62.104.165.29:27015

but i have a problem to acitvate the mod on my server.
I installed the mod on my server by using a FTP program and change the ActiveMods= in my GamerUserSettings.ini. But the mod doesn't work anyway.

Can u help me?
