UPDATE: There are contradicting reports whether this mod still works or not. There might be issues with newer DLC's, which extend the underlying game simulation. Note, however, that the effects of this mod are not immediat and you need to wait for the simulation of the game to update.

I've received some reports, that this mod breaks with the latest DLC (Airports) installed.
The demand bar may stay full, but there seams to be no demand in the world whatsoever. For example, no new buildings are being constructed.

This most certainly has to do with the simulation, which takes the "infinit" demand into account. I don't know what exactly changed with Cities: Skylines verison 1.14.0 (https://skylines.paradoxwikis.com/Patch_1.14.0). I couldn't find anything related on the internet.

Since I'm not owning all the DLC's, nor the Airports DLC, I cannot really debug the issue. I recommend, you try out other mods (e.g. the Demand Master https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409776678).
