what are the stat suggestions ?
i would like some stats like this : on hit : poison fo 6 seconds (poison:2 dmg per sec)

kind of like a tribalman`s shiv but cooler
if it has a 55% damage drop then syrely poison should do a bit more damage

A bit underpowered... The poison only deals 2x6 = 12 damage... A hit deals 65 damage -55%, that is 29.25 . So its 12 + 29.25 = 41.25 . Decisions: 41.25(Outbreaker) < 65(Bonesaw) .

Umm... How can you hurt yourself when missing with this??? :D I mean, Boston Basher is a mace...

The tube is pretty long, and the way the medic brings the bonesaws back, it would scrape himself.
My canditate for the weapon to reintroduce the "mysterious tropical disease" from TFClassic.

i agree
it should do 25- dmg and give a bit of poison or marked for death
if it does around half damage and poisons its literally a reskin of the shiv but for the medic...

maybe it should have a longer range,
no random crits,
on hit it injects the poison,
poison lasts until a healthkit gets picked up/medic heals 0< health (thats any number other than 0)

poison slows the enemy by 3% every 10 seconds with a maximum of 33% slowed
cant effect uber, cloaked spies, bonk ect.
medics cant self heal themselves by regen

Afflicts the target with "Herpes". After 10 seconds, the target begins to lose 5 health per second unless healed by any source. "Herpes" are contagious so touching any ally or enemy player will spread the "Herpes" to them.
+Enemies are poisoned for 5 seconds on hit, poison does 5 damage per second
+Poison also slows enemies by 10%
(Poison time doesn't stack, unless done by multiple Medics)
+20% larger melee range (Eyelander is ~37% longer)

-No random crits
-25% damage penalty
-15% slower firing speed
-Poison does not affect other Medics
+Hit ally, remove negative status effects - which adds 10% ubercharge
+On hit, 5 seconds bleed
-50% damage
+50 damage from melee when in use
On hit: adds 10 ammunition
Alt-fire: shoots a projectile that does no damage but causes bleed for 10 seconds
On kill:Adds 50% ubercharge
-45% damage
+15% attack damage and firing rate
I'm gonna go ahead and combine a few of the previously stated ideas:

On hit: Target is marked for death and slowed by 15% for 5 seconds
Hitting an ally will remove any negative status effects
-60% damage

This is just an idea. However, this might make it too similar to the Fan of War, but that's just me.
