Heft Ruins Quest from Turtle, bugged
I am playing with this mod through genesis, i followed the quest dialogue and found the ruins but the building is empty. I have walked along the coast going from heng all the way down howlers coast and have not found any other ruins related to legendary weapons, i even looked on avalon isles. This seems to be bugged.
