ok in the basement if you look up (faceing the way you would go down the stairs) and look at the wall then look up you can see a gap between the wall and the floor above fix it please.

Hey yeah, thank you for pointing that out, i fixed it, but steam is being retarded and broken(as always now) and its not letting me update it. I'll keep trying though to see if the steam servers will let me through.

Is there a possibility to add an empty version of the house for us to decorate ourselves? And maybe some light switches to toggle the individual lights on/off?

Yeah absolutely! Though i need you to be a little specific on what you want me to do with most of the up stair rooms given that the way that house was built, there are no lights in those rooms besides the lamps they/I put in. So no lamps = no lights in those rooms. Just let me know what you want done there and ill begin work ^^ (also on the light switch thing, do you still want the outside switch to function still or?)

Also do you want anything removed from the kitchen or bathrooms?
