Wouldn't this conflict with the wee booties?
I feel this cosmetic would conflict with either the wee-booties or the bootlegger

Still a solid cosmetic.

Depending upon what Valve could potentially do with this, it could either be another wee booties/bootlegger replacement, or it would just be a regular cosmetic.

Do be aware though, demo has feet cosmetics in the game already that aren't weapons, they just prevent the booties/bootlegger from being worn at the same time via an equip region conflict.
