I wrote this myself in it's own script but would be good if built into PAM.
When the PAM ship docks and locks, to turn off the thrusters, especially when hydrogen as this can drain the whole grids hydrogen and also ice.
when it's time to fly off, undocking auto turns on thrusters.

my script does this, I don't even need to handle thrusters anymore, I undock and it fires up and I don't fall at all.
