Cant hack mechanoids
Mechanoids have the image of mechanoid parts with a red dash through it. My pawns haul the mech to the hacking table but I cant priortize the operation: it says "Not ready for surgery"

This sounds like a another mod conflicting with what the hack. Please provide you hugslib log by pressing ctrl+f12 after the issue occurs, and place the link you'll get in the bug reporting thread. Please don't make a different topic like you did for reporting bugs, but use the existing thread, because otherwise I won't get a notification and things will get disorganised.
