Settings for gameusersettings.ini
If you don't have this entry in gameusersettings.ini, then the below defaults apply.

MortarSlotCount=36

Settings for Icy Arrows

[RPFlak+IcyArrow]
DamageAmount=150

Settings for Icy Tranq Arrows. Torpor total = DamageAmount multiplied by TorporMultiplier (in a best case scenario).

[RPFlak+IcyTranq]
DamageAmount=20
TorporMultiplier=15.0
