A METHOD ON HOW TO FIX ALL TEXTURES
Get all materials and models and if anything is purple put "sv_cheats 1" into the console and then "mat_specular 0". Whilist mat_specular 0 is in use. For a brief 60 seconds or so your game will freeze. Dont panic.

Fake fix.
When encountering this issue, you have one or more addons overriding the textures. If you have for example FUPPR Testing Branch, try to disable it and see if the textures work
