This mod is great, and it's fun and you get to experience the duties of a Jarl. Also, could you texturize some of the floors? Like add some grass textures and some other features like trees, plants and or animals?

I agree, the potential is plain to see, but I'd have to disable a mod critical to my main saves ATM to test it. I suggest you get "Falskaar" play it, love it, study it as an example of created content, and move your entry location to accommodate it. :)
