On backstab: Dripping blood on floor for 5 seconds, making you easier to notice
+20% Damage

This and the game log saying (on kill): "Player_Spy has stamped a seal on Player_Heavy."

The kill icon should be a giant 'APPROVED' or 'DENIED' depending on if the enemy had a domination or not.

Change killicon to a smeared TF2 icon like the stamp on the Demoman's back in the picture.
As for the stats:
On backstab: makes a soft thump (because it's a stamp)
On kill: Trail of ink for 5 seconds

That's a Heavy.

Perhaps this weapon doesn't kill them, perhaps it rather "marks" them. And at some point when you have marked the whole whole enemy team you can right click or something to kill them all at once.....?

That would be way too overpowered.

On hit : -50% damage but marks them and leaves a trail of ink for 10 seconds.

On backstab : Bleed for 5 seconds.

IMO this should be somewhat like the fan o' war, marking someone with mini-crits, no backstabs...

On facestab, marks for death; on backstab, enemy explodes into stamped mail

Um... -50% damage from a backtab is still a oneshot, because it's 6 times the victims health, it would still just be 3 times there health. Also, how often do you just slash someone to death any way?

i like the idea of marking bit it should also have -30% damage

I support this idea, just that instead of facestab, which is a glitchy backstab with some lag, it could have 3 slashes THEN theyre marked for death. and +15% faster weapon switch.
