Yeah, i think it's sucks for new players. But i dunno if there's anything DE can do about it.

If you don't know about the operator, a face isn't going to spoil anything for you. No more than going to Cetus for the first time and seeing the vendor who sells operator masks. What might be a spoiler to new players though, is a post that says "Isn't this a huuuge spoiler to have on the front page?" underneath the item. If you really want to help the players I'd delete this post.

Well all warframe player who have completed that quest has indeed spoiled the operator to new players because you use the operator ingame xD

This so-called "spoiler" is present everytime you (as a new player) join a random mission and at least 1 person uses transference to do the zanurik energy regen area thingy, or go to Cetus (which is new-player friendly) and see others walking around as starchildren, or watch any devstream...
IF anything, the author should change the thumbnail to just showcase the item itself, without the operator head.

I think its perfectly fine as it is. If they removed the operator head you wouldn't percieve the piece as it is. Most of the time I don't even notice the workshop content when I launch warframe, I just wanna play warframe. I clicked this because it looked pretty dope. And I up'd it because I know what it looks like on the operators head. For all the new player knows, its just part of a game feature which this game hides a plethora of. Also as stated above, everyone uses their Tenno (Been calling them an operator up to this point, oops). If I taxi people to Nitain Extract Alerts, it's not gonna stop me from using my tennogen, even if they are only mr2.

When I first started playing I had no idea what was going on, I would see a kid running around sometimes in a mission and I really didnt think anything of it. I saw parts of thw War Within quest when my husband played through it, when I finally got to the quest it was still an amazing experiance. I still play lower level missions to level up weapons or to just help noobs and I'll play in my baby form sometimes.

Long story short, this cosmetic posting is much less of a spoiler than anything out there, including game patch notes and playing public missions.

Thats like complaining about the fact that operators are popular in play. Also complainging that the popularity of something might disenfranchise a particular community.

Like others have said, its not really a spoiler in itself - but with this topic here, it is.

With new players joining all the time, we basically would have to not show anything relating to the Operator many years beyond their actual introduction in 2015. That's a bit unreasonable.

Do you even realize that operators are shown on the inspection page. New player will just see that, don't really understand what it's about and move on. There's a ♥♥♥♥ ton of strange stuff hapenning ingame, to many for a new player to even start wondering what they are about, so seeing an operator before the quest is not a spoiler.

Plus, at this point, the operators are in game for a pretty long time, "spoilers" only apply for a short period of time after release, and usually not at all for mmo games.

The twitch prime watch rewards gave you an operator cosmetic, and it was highlighted in your orbiter ;-;

To be fair, plot's pretty confusing when you start out Warframe, and with all the publicity Warframe has, almost everyone knows about the operators. Also, even if you don't have operator accessibility, doesn't mean other players you matchmake with don't as well, so you'd probably see some as you go along.

Plot's not really a big demographic for Warframe right now anyways.
