Maybe make it a bit smaller when retracted?
It seems like it might obstruct the player's view even when it's folded. Amazing work otherwise though.

no.. not smaller please... if the players are not able to play with it they should use small ones.. enough of them already in the game.. i really love it the way it is!!!

No. Bigger is better! We have enough tiny syandanas. Need HUGE wings! Even when retracted they should be big af.

@OP
I would have similar concerns if I wouldn't have an opportunity to check this before buying, but one of the screenshots gave me some points of view on the players 3rd person perspective.

And as the obstruction is there yet not critical, I am perfectly fine with it considering the angle of view is just right, which it is.

Let's see if DE will be just as fine with this.

What really needs to change is how the wings open up. The first layer spreads out nice and far, but the other two stay shrunk in. They need to spread evenly.

Judging by the people i get matched with, ya'll can't aim anyway so i don't see why it matters.

A problem that happens sometimes with winged Syandanas is they can get in the way while youre trying to aim. I would suggest not to make them smaller cause they're amazing, but just make them close tighter. just enough

It's gonna be changed altogether. The bat-wing design didn't fit the Warframe theme, according to DE...
