Frontstab?
Stats could be like:
+ Possibily of backtab enemy's face
- Backstab takes only -50hp
- You can't backstab in the back, it takes random crits(/kritskrieg).

Mb it's better to be like:
-No dmg if it's not a backstab

To make it like backstab training knife.

How about it makes the opponent bleed but it does less damage (enough for the person to die from bleeding) and it gives you some health.

Maybe make it so you can back and front stab, but there's only a 25% chance of a sucessful stab. Like a Caprisun straw.
