Boosting party popularity x10? I remember diplomacy x10 was bad, but the party boosting takes ages to do.

I'm thinking about this. I'm currently working on something else at the moment. In the near future.

The Radar x10 is kinda absurd, maybe halve it or something. As it stands, one radar station at lv3 can cover an entire continent more or less.

Lower the level 100 cap on infrastructure as it makes it almost impossible to move your units due to the speed debuff they get. The regular 10 cap works fine and makes things a lot better.

Could we possibly get research speed bonuses as well? I remember it being there and after update it's back to normal. Another thing: Every country has +30% to research speed when taking people for political power except Germany. They get 150%/100%
