Dude the British focus tree is way too op. The march of the commenwealth focus gives you 150% better division attack? Jesus! Then you have the Imperial Federation focus that gives you 40% recruitable population AND -50% research time? I'd work on balance first otherwise this is a very cool alt history mod and I hope that you add more focus trees especially for the Germans.

As for the US I'd like to ask for you to buff the homeland defense act
and there should be focuses to either create a faction with or subjigate the countries in the Americas ending with either Canada being asked to break away from the British Empire or Demanding the British Empire give up Canada and their North American Possesions

Perhaps a cool feature for the british would be maybe like a focus called the anglicisation of france , in this part of the tree there would focuses such as Recolonising Normandy or Settlement in brittany that changes the name of the region to a more english name this eventually takes away the national spirit (rebellious natives) that effects stabillity but will have profound effects on the southern france puppet state. acts such as these would fuel france revanchism and may commence a rebellion
