Not sure if these are intended or just some wacky behavior, so I rather ask:

1) Riftborns Tower of temporal paradox is a huge money sink w/o benefits.
you can get it much earlier this mod (left tree, 2nd ring), so I tried building it early. It's still odd that you need adamantium and palladium for a t2 building, shouldn't it be hyp and titanium ?
Unlike other money buildings, this one actually costs upkeep ! And it's not like 8 or 16 like t2 buildings, but 128. Considering it does not do anything else but providing money, it effectively grants you negative money for the first 64 turns after you build it.

2) Expedition moduls granting move and vision range.
Albeit cool on paper (fixing the move+scout problem nicely), the numbers seem odd. At least for me, the vision range stacks AND you can insert those into both movement and utility slots, so taking 3 modules results in scouts with 17 move (woha, nice!) and 15 vision range (like a fifth of the galaxy), which seems excessive for a turn 4 or 5 scout (?)
Perhaps vision is not intended to stack up ? or that you can just have 1 such a module ?

1) It costs t2 strats like every other faction unique building, I moved it in t2 tech with a good empire improvement (for most factions) so that you can chose to get the tech early and build the unique later, as they were often snobed when placed higher in the tech tree.

Also, there are tons of ways to reduce building upkeep in the game, so it may give you negative money for 64 turns but only if you keep your 100% upkeep rate, also I believe the multiplicative bonii on dust apply before upkeep, so you'll still be making some fine dosh (I know it's a bit obtuse but that's core game design and I can't really do much on that side).

2) Scouts are supposed to be fast but it seems I forgot to remove the bonus vision on some of the early tier ones, and I might have overtuned them a bit, I'll look into it.
