I'm experiencing a bug during the Imperial Borderlands campaign. I'm playing as the Empire on captain difficulty. When I try to ground attack Eol Sha (auto resolved space) I accept the battle prompt but I cannot start the battle from the load screen. I get infinite click from trying to start the battle. This has only happened on Eol Sha and the only way out of it is to alt+tab kill the game. This has happened twice so its definitely there at least for me. I hope this is clear and helps you guys.
