I've been banned for about a year now, And I would really like to fill out the google forms for the ban appeals but it seems I can't get any information on my ban because it says "connection failed after 6 retries", which the information about my ban is required to fill it out. Is there anything else I can do to obtain the info??

Edit: I am aware that I "tried to crash the server", I did not know what I was doing was going to crash the server, and if it was going to, I apologize.
