Achievement: Worldwide Wreckage
-Complete a full Tale of Two Cities tour (Boot Camp or Mann-up)

Item earned: Golden Gibus
Now nobody can say you didn't gain something worth while from your efforts.

+ On equip: enables MVM Gold-vision (toggleable in Adv. Options)
+ Look rich for up to 3 seconds
- No Random Critical Hits
(Not Tradeable or Marketable)

Gold-vision could apply to australium weapons and Golden Frying Pan.
Gold-vision can also be viewed if one of your teammates has an applicable item.

make it an archivement item for ghost town instead, why?, because it has to be hard to get the gold items in games, its the law
