Most maps do not load; scan failure - failed to download.
Most recent maps do not load properly at the hub. I get no "merging world" text and all the tv screens flash "SCAN FAILURE FAILED TO DOWNLOAD".

I have no other addons and I am on a P2P server.

Everytime this happens, my console outputs:
