Missing/broken textures on models

I started playing around a couple days ago and I was bugged by the broken textures of the four cats. They're either one solid color with their face on the top right of their ear, or just one solid color without a face. Also, all the effects when travelling in the trolley are broken as well. Someone PLS HELP!!!
