Try disabling all your mods then running Jazztronauts to see if it still occurs. If it stops it's definitely a mod conflict, so you should probably check the conflict list to make sure you don't have one of the mods. If you don't have one but it's still going bad then it's still a mod conflict (Most likely) but it's gonna be annoying as hell to fix if you have a lot of mods.
