I set up a server for Jazztronauts with my friends, and we can complete the tutorial, but once we get to jazz_bar we run into troubles. We try to use the TV console to select a map, but it doesn't do anything. No beeps, no change on the screen. Sometimes when we restart jazz_bar the tv will have a map already loaded. But when we press the button to summon the tram, it comes, but the seats don't spawn, so we can't travel anywhere.

Is there something we have to do for a server? I have both content packs installed, and the only mod we have on the server is ULX admin, since my friends are legally classified as distinctly untrustworthy. I've also tried Jazztronauts without ULX, but I get the same result. Any help is appreciated.
