Game crashes after choosing stan weapon

after i choose the stan weapon my game crashes with this message:

Engine Error
failed to lock vertex buffer in CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer: nVertexCount=4, nFirstVertex=23738

ram: 4 gb
cpu:intel core 2 quad q9950 @2.83ghz
os: linux mint cinnamon 19 64x
gpu: nvidia geforce gts 450 rev.2

Don't worry about your english! While google translate isn't the most reliable thing, I'd be happy to try and help you in your native language using it if that would help.
I'm running the game on a very similar level PC to yours and that isn't an issue for me, so that's demonstrating there is some other problem.
Can you check you're running the most recent of the game for me, and that you're subscribed to every content pack please?

all addons are off except addons what have been on recomended content pack

Oh! I think I see the problem. In the bottom right, change your gamemode from Sandbox to Jazztronauts!
