has no minicrit random chance but has a chance to have a short perioded spooky bullets
does half damage but the bullets scare your enemys and gifs you time to slice them with your axe

That makes no sense,having stats on a hat would be overpowered.If your adding stats atleast put a downside on them,and good luck! :)
