How am I able to disable the reload feature for all guns or just the gaster blaster? I want to do this as I don't want the gaster blaster to shoot 20 beams and lag the server. I also want to disable the aimbot on the XYZ360

they now only work when the wielder is an admin, just in case some admin gives an "admin only" gun to non admins
