Using on online-servers
Where is the directory we should put the file in? And where is the file that we must put to the server directory?

It seems like you're using a dedicated server, this may help you http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop_for_Dedicated_Servers, but i dont have any experience with dedicated servers only listen servers i run from my own computer to play with my friends.

Thank you for this link but what if my server is rented? I mean what if I can't access the launch executable? Any chances to do this remotely?

I'm pretty sure if you rent a server they give you a way to upload files to it, I don't know any deatails though, sorry.

Should that way be uploading to the FTP server? If so, I just want to know to which directory I should upload... :balloon:

Yeah a FTP Server sounds like a good bet, Would the directory structure be the same as garrysmod since its a garrysmod server? :gordon:

I use a dedicated server, and i think you should just use the +host_workshop_collection and -authkey thing to get your addons loaded, http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop_for_Dedicated_Servers

I did the instructions given on the wiki page you gave -Sev- (a bit long time ago though). However now I have a different issue. The addon models are not being downloaded on players' client. :crate:
I have slenderman installed onto the server FTP which I develop for.
It's simple, install it like a legacy addon (put folder into addons)
You do need GMad in order to extract the files from the .GMA file though.
