Round keeps restarting need fix

The round keeps restarting every 3 mins , itried to enter console comands which would make the round be forever diidnt work , help ?

-mp_roundtime 60
-mp_roundtime_defuse 60
Than
-mp_restartgame

You are done!

Keep in mind : DON'T USE - IN CONSOLE
