It's set from the mission parameters. Default value is 25, but it can be changed down to 15. Also the arsenal shows how much you have that corresponding item stored there.

MIssion parameters, you can see how many you have already by looking in the arsenal.

but that number seems to only affect weapons ive had 25 vests and they were not infinite i needed 30 or so until they finally were infinite

when you access the inventory of the crate at your base, doesnt it tell you the amount of each type of thing you need? e.g 25 weapons, 30 vests, 40 "items" etc. pretty sure it does this in the original and tanoa versions

nope just the normal arma inventory and its the same on the other one

I've also encountered this. I forgot how much "Vest" is needed to unlock.

Quick note: I'm playing on Single player.
Despite loading the ammo box from two convoy ambushes, when I load the game after quitting, both the ammo box and arsenal box are completely empty. If it's a bug, is it possible to fix it?

did you save via the whiteboard in your base?

on topic, the number is only for weapons, which is the most important parametr as affects ai loadout

off topic, your stuff is in the arsenal

it seems sometimes tho even with weapons, the weapon doesnt change to infinite immediately. Like I've had 19 Iglas sitting in my arsenal for the last 3 days of play now, never becoming infinite. and the javelins as well.

How to change this parameter?

in MP in the MP lobby, in SP, in the difficulty menu

I've set the parameters to 15 to unlock but i have 18 igla's and they will not unlock. does the parameters only affect rifles? also i know i have over 20 or 30 of certian mines. do certian things just not unlock at all?
