@Rorschach i was wondering if this could be make a Wonder yelds a free Jaegar istead they be build, so will be work a lot harder to build, and, once builded, cannot made another one, what pretty make them unique!

Or this could be made through a Resolution, like a International fair and International games, then the civilization with more contributions receives the Jaeger
