How do i apply this in game
i have the file downloaded but where to i put it for it to work

If you have the file (should be a .vpk), put it in this folder:

C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom

This is where all custom textures, sounds, etc. should go. Then restart TF2. Keep in mind that if the server you are playing on has sv_pure enabled (check that by typing "sv_pure" in console while in a game, if its higher than 1 it's enabled), you will not see the texture. Valve servers currenly have sv_pure on, so you'll have to play training or a community server. If you need anything else, let me know, im happy to help.
