I think you should change the chinese warlords into the Qing-Dynasty again.
The British were the biggest factor of their fall, so I think they wouldnt have collapsed in 1911.

Maybe if you want to work on their focus tree you could add the fascist and monarchist tree (strengthen the mnarchy, etc) and a republican and communist tree (basically there you can do the 1911 revolution in the ww2 era)

While not very obvious in this build (I ended up removing certain references to it) France had a lot of influence in East Asia in this timeline, similar to the British, like in Dravidia which is a remnant of French India. The Qing ended up under pressure both from Russia and France which destabilized it to its collapse

Could you add a Poland-Lithuania focus tree?

I'm actually quite interested in this mod but if you want it to get out there and progress, you'll need to get some more modders on this, start up a discord page, and join the hoi 4 modding coop. Get some connections in the major alt. history mods, spread the word of the mod, and recruit more people to work on it.

You should prepare a focus tree more unique for each primary country

There's a section to promote your mod. It'd be a good idea to use this to get modders interested in joining the mod (if they weren't already interested after watching the ISP vid)
