Videos aren't playing on my own server
I'm hosting a Cinema server and when ever i try to request a video it says in chat "There was a problem processing the requested video." and in the server console "FAILURE: 403". Does anyone know what i can do to solve this issue thanks.

This is an issue with GMod, not the mod itself.

The Cinema addon is no longer Supported by the actual devs, but there is Fixed version that still works.

you can switch the beta to chromium 86x - 64x so that the virtual browser isnt outdated, i know this works for other addons that use media players
