Would it be possible to increase the chance of making someone a vassal. Right now the option in the diplomacy menue is totally useless. Even if they only got one province left and have no forces left they don't acccept to become a vassal for peace, even if they asked for it. Why is the option even there If they NEVER EVER consider doing it?
