Winter every other turn?
Who's idea was it that having winter every 2nd turn is good idea?

You can't go anywhere without attrition unless you camp every other turn.

and surrounding city is impossible without attrition.

what the hell is wrong with the mode maker?

I just made a thread for the same issue. I am doing the Teutonic Order campaign also. I have mass attrition before I even hit the closest enemy. Ridiculous design. Who tf though this a good idea ?! Is there a good submod that WORKS ? ?
