Only able to recruit 1 or each stronghold unit
I can only recruit 1 Englinovarangoi, 1 vardardiotai, etc, in all my armies. So if i have 1 unit in any army I have then I can't recruit anymore at all. Is this intentional or a bug because its really annoying

co you have enough population to recruit more than 1 unit?

Absolutely the same problem. The population of the province does not affect the recruitment limit of these troops. This bug is extremely annoying. It is impossible to play for the Nicene Empire.

I found a solution. One cool guy made a mod "Medieval Kingdoms 1212 AD - No Capped Units Submod". Download it and you can hire units without restrictions.

No, it works. I recently played with this mod and everything worked for me.
