I reached technology that replaces T1 units with T2 and i cant convert or recruit tier 2 military order units by anyway when the kingdom of cilicia and antioch already have high medieval templar knights in their armies. I have no idea why. Can somebody tell me how to fix this problem? I definitely checked every tech and building before writing this so this is not the case
