Do I have to do something special for switching computers with mods?

I recently switched to a new computer and for some reason I don't have any of my saves from this mod. I reinstalled all the mods, just don't have the saves. Let me know if there's any way to get my saves back. I know Attila is on Steam Cloud, just curious as to why it didn't carry over.
