A thread to document details about the mod that are too verbose for the main mod description:
* Awakening due to player empire growing too strong or dominating another Fallen Empire (these are a bit simplified for the sake of not making this too confusing to read):
- Base mean time to trigger after conditions met: 50 years -> 25 years (this goes through a large variety of multipliers though)
- Will always trigger if any Fallen Empire is losing planets to a default empire (must be fully owned, not just occupied), regardless of time
- Will always trigger if any regular empire has 350000 total fleet power or there if there is any regular empire they no longer "overwhelm" with fleet power (325000 power min), regardless of time
- Will always trigger if they have had one of their original planets fragged by a colossus, or it knows of an FE that has had this happen to them.
- Will always trigger if any regular empire is superior or more in fleet power
- Will trigger if any regular empire has 300000 total fleet power in early midgame or if there is any regular empire they no longer "overwhelm" with fleet power (275000 power min)
- Will trigger if any regular empire has 250000 total fleet power in mid to late midgame or if there is any regular empire they no longer "overwhelm" with fleet power (225000 power min)
- Will trigger if any regular empire has 75000 total fleet power in endgame
- Will awaken if another Fallen Empire has awakened and has gathered significant strength (even if ancient rivalry hasn't triggered)

(In vanilla, the only condition was only 70000 fleet power or another Fallen Empire losing planets, and both conditions only trigger in the endgame)

For reference, a fallen empire typically spawns with about 300k to 400k total fleet power on game start on commodore.

* If any of the following mods are enabled, then raw fleet power checks will be disabled and the mod will only use relative power comparisons (as these mods will buff the strength of fallen empire massively, throwing off thresholds)
