What I am looking for exactly is a mod where in the scenario editor we can force chosen positive implant/prosthetics, such as "Venom Fangs", or "Venom Talon", or both. Similar to how "forced health condition"option works.

Is this an option you might be able to add in a new mod or something? Your mod is the closest I came to something like this in the workshop. I know Character Editor and such exists, but I rather have the choice in the scenario editor similar to "forced health condition", but instead a choice of EVERY implant and prosthetic. This option could be called "forced implant or prosthetic".

I would really like to see such a mod. Would you mind creating something like this and upload on the workshop?
