(+/-)Firecracker: Deals area damage (like scorch shot without afterburn) when hitting an enemy in close range (back scatter minicrit range)
(-)Deals no afterburn damage normally
(-)Does not reload passively

It can be fired early but it will deal less damage and will backfire slightly causing 20 damage to the wielder.

I'd love it if this combo'd with the pflog. Something that can be used as a primary for a playstyle that focuses on causing afterburn. That way, the pyro can play most of the match competently, and than bring out the pflog when he earns those mfffff rampages.

As the person who concepted the weapon, I never really thought deeply into how I wanted it to work, other than wanting it to apply a marked for death effect, or a slowdown on the target.

Basically a support weapon either used to catch up with an enemy, or to make them a target to the rest of your team.
