I know about issues with Woodie. I've tried to do all to prevent this, but it's the ingame problem — tag list owerflow. Green doesn't use tags, but the game adds it when replicating components. I've asked guys from Klei on their forum, but did not get an answer. Sorry about that.

Let's hope at some day it will get fixed then

love your mod! but is it just me or the weapon spells dont activate if the server has any caves? the potions work fine but weapon effects and pumpkin grenades dont work. ive made two servers with the exact same mods one with cave and the other without caves, the one with caves have this problem

What client mods do you use?

Only Gesture wheel for client mods and for server mods :1 green, 2forge batle pack 3 green world 4 show me! 5 tweak & UI optimizer

also if i use wizards hat to cast a spell when i click on the spell icon the game will crash in the server that i cant use weapon effects (works fine on the other server):

I know about this bug. But I can't reproduce it and don't have any idea why it happens.
Create a world with caves and try to run this script in the console (make sure you run it on the client-side — you can switch it with CTRL):

and share the result from the client_log file.

And may be you have any other client mods (even disabled)?
