Those kanji seem familiar, but I can't quite see if that's japanese or chinese. It sort of looks like simplified chinese though.

It`s Chinese for "It`s OK". Next line "666" is some kinds of internet language such as lol or lmao, meaning "great".
the quickest way to tell the difference of Chinese or Japanese is kana characters. Chinese didn`t use any hiragana or katakana characters, althought all of kana characters came from kanji. So if you see any kana character, it`s Japanese. And what`s more, korean doesn`t use kanji anymore.
Oh,his name 杀死你妈 is "kill your mother(to death)".
