Just in case someone comes across this download it for v1.4 and later, it will not work properly, if you want to use the entirety of the game. It won't cause any game breaking bugs (if being full vanilla without devmode), but it will surely not work flawlessly in the background.

Some stuff are:
Events (hunting parties, invading raiders, etc.) via quest are not triggering,
Spawning things (one or full stacked) are not working,
and more.
