Ok for future readers I was using !ToT Custom with the Aquilonian Females Body. They clash with each other. ToT Custom does work fine with this, as long as you have access to the Transmog system. You can equip the kinky armor bottom armors/clothes as an accessory which solves the grey genitals issue (typically when you equip an armor part it includes the body part as well, thats whats causing the issue). If you aren't playing single player/co-op you will need to ask your admin to help with that if you don't have admin rights. For me this is my favorite body, and I need ToT custom for me and my bf server for the character customization reasons etc. Alternatively if you don't need the features ToT Custom provides, use IQOL/Fashionist/RA: Character Customization etc. Hope this helps someone in the future ♥

'tis a materials issue, it's not a problem with Alice's more enhanced body bod, but I also think their focus is on that over this one, but might be we'll get an update eventually!
