My idea:

+33% Damage

+15% Ammo Capacity

-30% Firing Speed

-15% Reload Speed

+25% Accuracy

Pro: 50% more accurate
Con: -34% clip size

A simple weapon that allows for greater consistency at range. Considering a -20/25% firing speed stat just because up close it would be better than stock aside from having two less shells.
