Do you have DoD? I use the picture from that, so if you don' have it it will likely show up as a blank portrait.
They'll also do it regardless of whether I'm an Axis member or still a Danish puppet.
That would be the notorious Denmark bug. I had hoped that I had finally squashed it but I guess not. Only fix is either annexing Denmark via console command or tag switching to Denmark and manually firing the event SCA_denmark.100.
It may look that way, but they are mutually exclusive
Known bug. Sadly on PDX can fix that one since it is an error involving variables, high numbers, and pulling population out of states. I told them about it, so they know about it, but until they update there isn't much I can do.
I didn't remake the map in any capacity, so I would hazard a guess that this is from another mod.
Nevermind that last post. Turns out the issue arised because I didn't clear my cache. The Ghost State has now rejoined it's rightful place as part of the Polish state of Krakow. This was after testing it with every mod I was running and none of them changed the issue (which made sense as none of them edited the map in any way). Sorry to waste your time and keep up the good work.
