Kang The Conqueror is just a time traveler villain who is going to be Marvels next Thanos and you have already done Ricks Portal Gun and Rick is a time travel hero, give Kang the ability to use forcefields, laser beams, telepathy, teleportation, energy explosions, levitation and maybe even pruning enemies like from the Loki Series. Kang could also have some similar dimension hopping powers to the Rick portal gun, destroying dimensions, traveling to them and teleporting enemies to random dimensions. Just thought it would be a cool idea!
